End User License Agreement Sound Effects CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE USING SOUNDLABEL MUSIC AND AUDIO FILES. USING SOUNDLABEL SOUND FILES INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. License Grant: When you purchase sound files from Soundlabel or one of its authorized resellers, the assests are licensed, not sold to you and Soundlabel retains all ownership interests in all copyright, trade secret, patent and other proprietary rights in the Software and Documentation. Such ownership and related interests are protected by US and international copyright laws. Your invoice is the proof of your registration. Warranties: Soundlabel warrants that it has the right to grant this license to you and to the best of her knowledge, the sound files do not infringe any rights of copyrights or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of third parties, but no right of action shall accrue against Soundlabel in the event of the said sound files being found infringing third party rights. You may: Adapt, synchronize, reproduce and distribute the Soundlabel sound effects and use them in multimedia presentations, CD ROMs, kiosks, videos, Internet web sites, or other such multimedia applications.You may not: Copy (other than for back-up purposes) or distribute copies of the Soundlabel sound files, documentation or the package to others. Sub-license, sell, re-sell, distribute, give away, lend, rent, lease or provide to others any portion of the Soundlabel audio files. Copy the Soundlabel sound files to a network, electronic bulletin board or on-line service. General: You must treat the sound files like any other copyrighted material, except to the extent that this license provides to the contrary. Soundlabel retains the rights not expressly granted by this agreement. Your right to use the sound files terminates automatically if you violate any part of this license. In the event of termination, you must immediately destroy all copies of the sound files and return the CD(s) or CD-ROM(s) to Soundlabel. You may be held legally responsible for any copyright infringement that is caused or encouraged by your failure to abide by the terms of this agreement. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect. In case of any problems, the court of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
